Proposed upgrade
The SC82 is an eight (8) output DCC accessory decoder with a LocoNet® interface capable of driving eight servo motors. There are two types if inputs, eight (8) for three (3) wire type devices (Touch Triggers by Berrett Hill or Button Quik-Link by RR-CirKits) and eight (8) for standard push button or toggle switches. In addition there are outputs for LED turnout state indication.
Controls power to servos to reduce erratic behavior.
Does NOT support semaphore control (three servo positions) as does the SC82.
The SC82 supports semaphore control but NOT three (3) wire type devices.
Does NOT control power to the servos.
